Burger bliss (The Columbus Dispatch)

Ohio has a proud hamburger heritage. It is the birthplace of Wendy’s, White Castle and Max & Erma’s. The National Hamburger Festival, held each July in Akron, claims that America’s favorite sandwich was invented by Ohioans.
